贲门癌患者血清可溶性E-选择素表达及临床意义 被引量：1

摘要 用ELISA法检测150例贲门癌患者和40例健康体检者血清中的可溶性E-选择素(sE-selectin)水平,比较其中100例贲门癌患者手术前后sE-selectin水平的变化,并对贲门癌患者sE-selectin、CEA、CA199和CA724的阳性率进行比较。发现贲门癌组sE-selectin水平明显高于正常对照组,sE-selectin表达与肿瘤病理分期及肝转移呈显著正相关。贲门癌患者手术后sE-selectin水平明显下降。sE-selectin有可能成为贲门癌早期辅助诊断、预测复发转移及评估预后有价值的肿瘤标记物。
