摘要
研究了半纤维素酶法提取杜仲叶中的主要有效成分,即苯丙素类的绿原酸(CHA),通过单因素试验、正交试验和方差分析确定了半纤维素酶法提取杜仲叶中绿原酸的最佳操作条件。结果表明:加入996 U/g半纤维素酶0.45%,提取pH值为4.0,温度为40℃,得率最高可达38.01 mg/g。
The function compositions （chlorogenic acids, CHA） extracted from Eucommia ulmoides Oliv. leaves with hemicelluase were studied in this paper. The result showed that the optimal conditions for CHA extraction from the leaves with hemicelluase were 0. 45% of 996 U/g hemicelluase added in the solution, the pH 4. 0 and 40℃ of the temperature adjusted. The most extraction rate was 38. 01 mg/g with this conditions.
