高温热处理对杨木压缩板材物理力学性能的影响 被引量:8

摘要 采用高温热处理工艺固定杨木板材的压缩变形,比较分析了处理前后杨木板材的物理力学性能。结果表明:杨木板材的压缩变形得到很好的固定;杨木板材经过热压及高温热处理后,密度和尺寸稳定性得到提高,吸湿性降低,弯曲性能变化不大。 The compression deformation of the compressed poplar lumber was fixed by high temperature heat treatment. Then the effects of the method on the physical-mechanical properties of the poplar lumber were investigated respectively. The results showed that there were significant effects on the fixation of compressive deformation of poplar lumber. After compression and high temperature heat treatment, the density and dimension stability of the poplar lumber could be improved, the hygroscopicity was reduced, moreover, there was no effect on the bending properties.
