信息化测绘时代工程测量发展思考

Ideas for engineering surveying development in the era of informationized surveying and mapping

工程测量不仅是一项技术,更是一种服务。在信息化测绘时代,工程测量应该有新的发展。本文在简述信息化测绘的任务和特征的基础上,从工程生命周期管理和地理空间信息技术发展的角度,讨论了工程测量的发展机遇和面临挑战,最后从建立现代工程测量体系、研发相关技术、做好标准化协调和注重质量安全等方面对工程测量的发展提出几点建议。

Engineering surveying should be not only taken as a scientific technology, but also a public service. Especially, in the era of informationized surveying and mapping, it needs to have a new development. In this paper, the objectives and characteristics of informatonzed surveying and mapping are described briefly. Both the development opportunities and the present challenges are discussed from the perspective of building lifecyele management （BLM） and geospatial information technology innovation. Some suggestions for further development in this field are also given.
