摘要
目的:探讨血管紧张素原(AGT)基因的M235T位点与原发性高血压的关系.方法收集洛阳地区汉族原发性高血压203例,健康对照个体237例;测定他们的体重指数,Na+,K+,Cl-等离子的浓度,采用MS-PCR法检测AGT基因M235T位点的多态性.结果M235T的多态性在该病例对照人群中符合Hardy-Weinberg平衡;TT,MT,MM基因型的频率在病例组及对照组分别为90.1%,9.4%,0.5%和84.4%,14.3%,1.3%;M235T的基因型频率及等位基因频率在病例组及对照组的分布均无显著性差异;各基因型之间的收缩压、舒张压、体重指数,Na+浓度,K+浓度,Cl-浓度等均无显著性差异.结论AGT基因M235T多态性可能与原发性高血压以及Na+,K+,Cl-离子浓度无关.
Objective:the research is to explore the correlation between M235T polymorphism in angiotensinogen(AGT) gene and essential hypertension. Methods..203 patients with essential hypertension and 237 healthy physical examinates are selected according to the standards on essential hypertension of WHO. Furthermore, body mass index (BMI) is recorded and the concentrations of Na^+ , K^+ and Cl^- in venous blood are measured. In the present study, the variant of M235T in AGT are detected by using mutagenically separated polymerase chain reaction (MS-PCR) method. Results:the frequencies of the genotypes are 90.1% ( TT ),9.4% (MT), and 0.5% (MM) in hypertensive subjects and 84.4% (TT), 14.3% (MT), and 1.3% ( MM ) in normotensive subjects. All of the results suggest there are no significant differences in frequencies of genotype and allele between cases and controls. Moreover, there are no significant defferences of blood pressure, BM and the concentrations of Na^+ , K^+ ,Cl^- among the genotypes. Conclusions:there are possibally no correlation between the M235T polymorphism and essential hypertension, the concentrations of Na^+ ,K^+ ,Cl^- in blood.
