均相沉淀法制备锐钛矿型TiO2纳米棒 被引量:3

摘要 采用均相沉淀法,在加入相同浓度沉淀剂的溶液中,以四氯化钛为钛源,控制不同的酸度环境,从而制备出不同粒径的二氧化钛纳米粉体.用透射电镜、X射线衍射仪、比表面积分析仪、差热分析仪和紫外可见光谱仪等,对所制备的纳米粉体进行了表征.分析其反应机理及酸度的影响.结果证明:只要把反应溶液的酸度值控制在0.5-3.0之间,总能制备出不同尺寸大小锐钛矿型二氧化钛纳米棒,尺寸分布较窄,纯度高,晶型单一.酸度在制备过程中,只改变其粒径的大下,并不影响二氧化钛的晶型. In this paper, a homogeneous precipitation is adopted, precipitator in the same concentration of accession to the solution, titanium tetrachloride for the source of titanium, control of the acidity of different environment ,different size of the titanium dioxide nanorods have been made . Using the transmission electron microscopy,X-ray diffraction, the special surface are the analyzers, TG-DAT and UV-VIS spectrometer , the nano-powders are characterized. Their reaction mechanism and the impact of acidity are analyzed. The results show that: as long as the PH value of the reaction solution is controlled between 0.5-3.0, titanium dioxide nanorods can always be prepared, the prepared samples are tapered and long strip-shaped nanorods,with narrow distribution of the size, high purity and uniform anatase phase. In the preparing process, acidity changes its size, but does not affect its crystal phase.
