纳米炭在乳腺癌治疗中的应用 被引量:9

摘要 1993年Krag首先报道乳腺癌前哨淋巴结活检(sentinel lymph node dissection,SLND)技术可指导乳腺癌外科治疗方式,并应用于乳腺癌的分期,取得较为理想的结果。纳米活性炭(ACNP)具有较好的淋巴示踪功能,同时可吸附化疗药物行淋巴靶向化疗。当其被注入肿瘤周围时,可迅速被巨噬细胞吞噬进入毛细淋巴管,聚集并滞留于各级引流的淋巴结,使其黑染,便于术中淋巴结的识别及清扫;吸附化疗药物的纳米活性炭可将药物带到局部淋巴结并持续缓慢释放,达到淋巴靶向化疗目的。笔者就纳米炭在乳腺癌治疗中的应用原理及其优点作一综述。
