Discipline construction is the foundation and the key issue in hospital development. Adhering to the guidance of the scientific concept of development and implementing the Quality Strategy, Xijing Hospital, an affiliate to a military medical university, has established an effective pattern of discipline construction and thus achieved a comprehensive, coordinated, and sustainable development.
