摘要
为规避输血风险、保障血液安全和不断提高顾客满意度,淮安市中心血站开展了"五项质量监控制度",使得以人为本的管理理念和机制日臻完善,促进了科学管理平台和管理能级化的初步形成,取得了献血者和用血单位的综合满意度持续保持高位的成果。
"Five Quality Monitoring Rules" was carried out in central blood station in Huai'an city to avoid risk in blood transfusion and to keep blood safety to improve customer satisfaction. It improved the system and human - oriented management conception, promoted the construction of scientific management platform and hierarchical management, achieved continuing high satisfaction level.
