摘要
利用SWOT分析法,客观地分析了以社区卫生服务为基础的城市医疗救助费用控制模式的内部优、劣势及外部环境的机会与威胁。并用SWOT的矩阵组合(SO、ST、WO、WT策略)进行了系统分析,旨在寻求最佳的发展战略和策略。
Make use of SWOT analysis scientific principles to understand the cost control model of urban medical assistance based on community health services＇s advantages and disadvantages of internal and external opportunities and threats. Use SWOT matrix portfolio analysis （SO, ST, WO, WT strategy） to carry out systematic analysis to find the best strategies.
