摘要
针对变压器监测系统在实时性、可靠性方面的要求以及油浸式变压器发生故障时会产生不同的热效应,从而产生相应位置的异常温升的问题,讨论了基于嵌入式技术的大型变压器温度监测和故障诊断系统,详细地介绍了基于单片机控制的油浸式变压器温度采集电路的硬件电路设计。实践结果证明,该系统具有实时性强、可靠性高、运行成本低等优点,对大型油浸式变压器运行状态的实时温度监测和故障诊断而言,具有较广阔的应用前景。
In order to satisfy the requirement of state monitoring and fault diagnosis of power transformers on real-time and relia- bility, the on-line measuring and controlling system based on micro controller unit(MCU) was mainly discussed, and a kind of intelligent on-line monitoring instrument with detailed instructions of temperature signal collecting and data processing system to determine the various temperature distribution throughout the transformer was achieved. The practice shows that the designed system is great at real-time, reliability and the low running cost. Therefore, the state monitoring for temperature and fault diagnosis can be widely used in engineering and is expected a bright future.
