摘要
为避免大量感应加热电源短时间内同时启动导致的大电流对供电系统和用电设备带来的不良影响,研制了一种基于RS485总线的感应加热电源并列运行系统,在主机的控制调度下多个感应加热电源有序启动并短时运行,避免了感应加热电源出现瞬时大量并列运行的拥堵现象。实验结果表明,该系统能有效抑制多台感应加热电源同时工作对配电网带来的冲击电流。
To avoiding the drawbacks of surge current for power distribution network and relevant equipments, which introduced by simultaneous running of large numbers of induction beating devices, a paratactic running system for induction heating power source based on RS485 bus was presented. Under the control of central scheduler, multi-position induction heaters were started with short time operation in good organization. The close-packed situation introduced by simultaneous operation of large numbers of induction heaters was avoided. The experiment results show that the inrush current is suppressed effectively.
