摘要
本文研究了配制参数碱组分种类和掺量、矿渣细度、溶矿比、矿渣/集料比和砂率等对碱矿渣混凝土强度的影响。研究表明,其它条件相同时,碱矿渣混凝土强度随矿渣细度增加而提高;随溶矿比的增大而降低;随矿组分用量增加而提高;矿渣/集料比和砂率对碱矿渣混凝土强度影响较小:模数在1.0~2.0范围内,碱矿渣混凝土的强度随水玻璃模数提高呈增长趋势。
In this paper, the preparation factor influencing the compressive strength of alkaline slag cement concrete including alkali kind and dosage, fine of slag, solution to slag quantity ratio and sand percentage was studied. The research show that, the strength increase with fine of slag increase,reduce as solution slag quantity ratio increase, and improve with the alkali dosage add. The result also show that, the influence of slag to aggregate quantity ratio and sand percentage on compressive strength are both very weak. When modulus of water glass is between 1.0 and 2.0, the strength increases with the modulus add.
