Study on the Industry Cluster Knowledge Coordination Model Based on External Guiding

集群学习能力是产业集群最重要的核心能力之一,基于市场导向从创新的角度对集群知识协同过程模式进行了剖析,指出知识协同的过程不仅仅包括集群内的创新和技术扩散,还应该包括对集群外部的观察和发现过程。基于此构建了市场的知识协同的4阶段过程模型,并结合集群5个特征对模型进行了分析。

Cluster Learning is one of the most important core competences of a cluster. This paper classifies the type of cluster learning from two dimensionalities： the overall cluster and the individuals in cluster. Based on this classification mode, it puts out the process model of cluster learning and correspondingly the spatial situation of clusters evolved. Finally,it analyzes the factors that influence the upgrade of cluster learning.
