Food Security Problems and Adaptive Policies in Guangdong Province in the New Situation

广东是目前全国最大的粮食销售区和粮食调入省。本文对广东粮食安全现状及其发展动态进行分析,研究结果表明:广东近期确保粮食安全的问题不大,但粮食安全水平不高;未来广东粮食短缺将成为常态,缺口化解的外部市场是一个不确定的未来,粮食供求平衡面临着艰巨的任务。在上述结论背景下,提出"储粮于仓"、"藏粮于田"、"调粮于市"有机结合、辅以财政支持政策统筹安排的粮食安全策略。

Guangdong Province is the largest food sales and transfer regions in China. The food security in the present and future was analyzed in Guangdong province. The results showed that it＇s no problem for Guangdong to guarantee food security in the near future, but the level of food security was not high. Lacking of food in Guangdong province in the future is normal and gap would become larger. The policies of ＂storage grain in bin＂. ＂storage grain in field＂ and ＂transporte grain from market ＂combination, and finance policy assisted were proposed that all of those together improve the food security in Guangdong Province.
