摘要
近年频发的乳制品安全事故已经引发消费者对乳制品质量安全的信任危机。本文从乳制品具有"信任品"特征的角度,分析了信任危机背后的市场失灵和监管失效因素,进而探讨了商业信任和制度信任之间的内在联系,并从信任重建的角度,提出健全质量管理制度、完善质量标准体系,改善产品信息不对称性和推进奶源组织模式的改革是改善我国乳制品质量安全水平的可行对策。
In recent years, the high frequency of dairy products' safety accidents has led consumers to a trust crisis of the safety of dairy products. From dairy products have the feature of credence goods, the market failure and supervision failure behind the safety accidents were analyzed, and the inner relations between commercial trust and system trust were discussed.Therefore, from the angle of rebuilding consumer's trust, it puts forwards that to consummate quality management system and safety criteria, to improve information asymmetry in product market and the production scale of raw milk are the feasible measurements which can improve the safety level of Chinese dairy products.
