社会主义新农村建设:评价理论与方法——以广东省为例

THE APPRAISEMENT THEORY AND METHODS ON THE CONSTRUCTION OF SOCIALISM NEW COUNTRYSIDE——ACASE OF GUANGDONG PROVINCE

建设社会主义新农村是我国在新时期解放思想,贯彻科学发展观,构建和谐社会战略思想指引下提出的农村发展新思路。"生产发展、生活宽裕、乡风文明、村容整洁、管理民主"是建设社会主义新农村的总要求。在对社会主义新农村内涵深刻理解的基础上,探讨评价社会主义新农村建设成效的指标体系,并以广东省新农村建设为例,分析和评判其新农村建设实现程度和存在的制约因素。

Building a socialism new countryside in China is a new idea that is put forward under the guidance of the strategic thinking of emancipation the mind, implement the scientific concept of development and construction harmonious society for rural development in the new era. “The production development, the well-off life, the civil local custom, the neat village, and democratic management” is the total request of the new socialist countryside construcion. On the basis of in-depth understanding of the socialism new countryside connotation, this paper discusses the index system of the socialism new countryside construcion for appraising the effectiveness, and analyses the realization degree and constraint factors of the new countryside construction, which takes Guangdong as an example.
