摘要
图书馆活动面临着社会不断增长的文化需求和提升缓慢的服务能力之间的矛盾,故研究图书馆服务能力具有现实意义。文章在对图书馆服务能力的本质探讨的基础上,阐述了"资源是本,知识是因,能力是果"的相互关系,要求把对图书馆能力的提升理论转移到对资源和知识互动的研究上,并阐述了图书馆服务能力提升的实质就是资源与知识互动扩张。指出图书馆资源与知识互动扩张的动力是服务创新,没有服务创新,图书馆服务能力的增长会日趋缓慢。
The article explored the nature of the capacity of library services, expounded the relationship among the given resources, knowledge and service capabilities, then concluded: “resource is capital, knowledge is a result, capacity is a fruit”, elaborated the essence of library service ability promotion is the interaction expansion of resources and the knowledge. Finally pointed out it is the service innovation that drives the interaction expansion of library resources and the knowledge.
