摘要
本文从系统全局出发,以单元动态可靠度作为控制多数,通过补强加固与拆除重建两种方案提高在役土木基础设施网络系统的抗震可靠性,在近期投资与长远效益间作出协调,选择单元加固方案及加固水平,从而给出在役系统的抗震加固优化策略。
For the existing Civil Infrastructure Netwnrk System, under the idea of global optimum design, the optimum ascismic strength strategy is discussed by taking unit reliability as controi parameter. Through building and solving the strength optimum math model , the strength mode and level can be decided.
