噬菌体展示库技术的研究及应用进展

摘要 噬菌体展示肽库技术是将外源蛋白质或多肽的基因表达产物与噬菌体衣壳蛋白融合,并在其表面展示,进而通过筛选表达有特异肽或蛋白质的噬菌体,得到大量富集,从而获得目的多肽或蛋白质,在DNA序列分析后应用于实践中。本文叙述了噬菌体展示肽库技术的基本原理、主要构建途径、筛选方法及应用现状和展望。
