为了满足新型梳棉机产量和速度日益提高、生条定量负荷加重、梳理原料品种不断扩大的要求,分析了新型弹性盖板针布的用途、在新型梳棉机上的工作过程及其质量要求,通过对新型弹性盖板针布制造设备的结构、性能、工艺特点等的深入试验与研究,表明新型弹性盖板针布对加强纤维的分梳、改善生条及成纱质量,特别是对生条和成纱棉结、杂质大幅度降低有较明显的效果。

In order to cater the demand of the increasing production and production speed, increasing loading of card sliver and varieties of raw materials,analysis is done to the application of new elastic tops,process on the new card and the quality demand. Through comprehensive analysis of the manufacturing equipment of new elastic tops regarding structure,performance,specification,conclusion is made that new elastic tops is of marked effect in reinforcing fiber carding,quality improvement of card sliver and resultant yarn,thus marked reduction of neps of card sliver and resultant yarn,and impurities of materials.
