北京部分地区猪传染性胸膜肺炎血清学调查

Serological Investigation on Porcine Contagious Pleuropneumoniae in Some Areas of Beijing

采用间接血凝试验，对北京地区11个区县未用过猪传染性胸膜肺炎疫苗的部分规模化猪场的1980份血清样品，进行了猪传染性胸膜肺炎感染抗体检测。结果显示，猪传染性胸膜肺炎总阳性率为25．35％，其中断奶仔猪阳性率为17．68％，育肥猪阳性率为33．03％，育肥猪的感染阳性率高于断奶仔猪，19个猪场中有13个为猪传染性胸膜肺炎阳性猪场；猪传染性胸膜肺炎在冬春季节的感染率较高，1月～3月的阳性率高于4月-6月。

In order to understand epidemiological features of porcine contagious pleuropneumoniae in Beijing, 1980 seral samples from 19 large-scale pig farms,which did not use pleuropneumonia vaccine,in 11 areas of Beijing were detected for antibodies against pleuropneumonia by indirect hemagglutination test. The results showed that the total positive rate was 25.35 percent,the positive rates of weanling pigs and finishing pigs were 17.68 percent and 33.03 percent, respectively. Finishing pigs had higher positive rate than weanling pigs. 13 pig farms were infected with porcine contagious pleuropneumoniae among 19 pig farms. Porcine contagious pleuropneumoniae had higher infective rate in winter and spring, and positive rates in January-March were higher than that in April-June.
