宫颈间断缝合加钳夹治疗顽固性产后出血16例分析

Analysis of treatment of 16 cases of intractable postpartum hemorrhage by interrupted suturing and clamping on cervix

目的评价宫颈间断缝合加卵圆钳钳夹治疗产后顽固性子宫下段乏力性出血的效果。方法选择2003年1月-2007年12月16例产后顽固性子宫下段出血施行宫颈间断缝合加卵圆钳钳夹治疗的病例进行回顾性分析。结果16例产后顽固性子宫下段乏力性出血治疗均获成功,术后随访子宫缩复良好,42d回访宫颈外观无异常,缝线均吸收,随访3个月～6个月无宫颈管狭窄发生。结论宫颈间断缝合加卵圆钳钳夹治疗顽固性子宫下段出血效果肯定,值得临床推广。

Objective To evaluate the effect of curing postpartum hemorrhage by suturing cervical intermittently and clamping uterine segment. Methods To retrospectively analyze 16 cases of Postpartum hemorrhage treated with the method of suturing cervical intermittently and clamping uterine segment between 2003 and December, 2007.Results 16 cases of Stubborn Postpartum hemorrhage recovered after the operation and uterine retraction recovered.42 days later,The outward appearance of Cervical was normal. The suture was absorbed well.3-6 months passed,No phenomenon of narrow cervical canal took place. Conclusion The treatment of curing postpartum hemorrhage with the method of Suturing and clamping Cervical is effective. So it should be further popularized.
