Cr^(32)P胶体治疗腱鞘囊肿21例临床分析

Clinical anaysis of treatment of 21 cases of thecal cysts with Cr^(32)P colloid

目的探讨Cr32P胶体治疗腱鞘囊肿的效果。方法40例腱鞘囊肿患者随机分为2组,核素治疗组(21例)予腱鞘囊肿粗针穿刺抽液后将Cr32P胶体注入囊腔内,加压包扎固定治疗;对照组(19例)予囊肿穿刺抽液后注入醋酸泼尼松龙常规治疗。结果核素治疗组一次性治愈19例(治愈率90.4%),有效2例(有效率9.5%),复发2例(复发率9.5%。)对照组一次治愈9例(治愈率47.4%),有效3例(有效率15.8%),复发8例(复发率42.1%)。2组术后治愈率和复发率均有显著性差异,核素治疗组明显优于对照组。结论Cr32P胶体能显著提高腱鞘囊肿治愈率,减少其复发,有临床使用价值。

Objective To study the effect of Cr32^P colloid on treatment of thecal cysts. Methods 40 patients with thecal cysts were randomized into two groups： nuclide treatment group （n=21） were punctured by thick needle and injected Cr32^P colloid into the cavity of vesicas and pressure dressing was taken. The control group （n= 19 ） were treated by general method such as hydatid fluid suction and hydroprednisone injection.Results In nuclide group and the control group,the cure rate,effective rate and recurrence rate respectively was 90.4% vs 47.4%, 9.5% vs15.8% and 9.5% vs 42.1%. The differences of the cure rate and the recurrence rate in these two groups were significant.The effect of nuclide group was better than that of control group. Conclusion Cr32^P colloid can remarkably increase the cure rate and reduce the recurrence rate for thecal cyst.
