微导管支气管动脉介入治疗肺癌22例体会

The experience of microtubular bronchial artery interventional therapy of 22 cases of lung cancer

目的探讨3.0F微导管在支气管动脉化疗栓塞治疗支气管肺癌的临床应用价值及使用适应证。方法22例患者使用3.0FSP导管分别在支气管动脉主干或支气管动脉分支超选择插管行栓塞化疗术,栓塞物质为明胶海绵颗粒。结果22例患者共使用微导管25次,成功率100%。肿瘤病灶缩小>80%者18例(81.8%),缩小<50%者4例(18.2%),全部患者均无严重并发。症结论微导管操作简便,成功率高,适用于肿瘤动脉细小、走行迂曲、与肋间动脉及骨髓动脉共干的患者,有很高的使用价值。

Objective To explore the value and use of indications of F3.0 microtubular bronchial arterial chemoembolization in the treatment of lung cancer. Methods 22 patients treated with F 3.0 SP bronchial artery catheter in the trunk or branches of Superseleetive bronchial artery embolization chemotherapy patients intubation. Gelfoam embolization material particles. Gelatin sponge used as embolus.Results 22 cases of patients with the use of micro-catheter 25 times and the success rate of 100%. There were 18 cases with tumor shrink〉 80% （81.8%）and 4 cases （18.2%） with tumor shrink 〈50%. There was no serious complications.Conclusion The manipulation of mierotubular is simple and high success rate. It＇s suitable for patients with small tumor artery, tortuous course and combined with the intercostal artery and bone marrow artery. It has great value for treatment of lung cance.
