肾上腺损伤的螺旋CT诊断价值

The diagnosis value of spiral CT on adrenal injury

目的探讨急性肾上腺损伤的螺旋CT影像学表现特点。方法搜集并分析我院经螺旋CT和临床确诊的25例肾上腺损伤患者的影像学资料。结果肾上腺损伤的直接征象是肾上腺区圆形或椭圆形软组织密度灶,增强扫描病灶无强化是本病的特点。结论螺旋CT采用容积数据扫描,不受呼吸及肠道气体的干扰,解剖断面清晰,分辨率高,在创伤性肾上腺损伤的诊断中具有十分重要的作用。

Objective To discuss acute adrenal injury of spiral CT imaging features. Methods The imaging data of spiral CT of 25 cases of adrenal gland diagnosed by clinic were reviewed.Results The direct sign of adrenal injury was adrenal zone round or oval-shaped soft tissue density lesion and non-enhanced was the focus of the characteristics of the disease. Conclusion Spiral CT scan with data volum and there is free from respiratory and intestinal gas interference, clear cross-section anatomy, high-resolution. It has important value on theiagnosis of adrenal injury.
