目的检验科医疗设备占医院固定资产的比例较高,如何加强成本核算,取得最大的社会效益和经济效益是检验科管理工作中的重要内容。方法利用投资回收率法对检验科贵重医疗设备进行效益分析。结果随着分析年限的增加,效益优秀的医疗设备占总数的比例增加(从55.56%到88.46%。)结论医疗设备是实施检验工作的工具,对其进行有效管理,就能加强全科人员对医疗设备的责任心,促进科室的工作效率,增加医院的整体效益。

Objective Medical equipments in laboratory section share large proportion in the hospital fixed assets, how to enhance the cost accounting to obtain the biggest social performance and economic efficiency are important in laboratory management.Methods Efficiency analysis was worked with payback.Results As time went on, the medical equipments of good efficiency increased. Conclusion Strengthening the administration of medical equipments can rais efficiency of work, responsibility of workers and efficiency of hospital.
