摘要
根据区域水资源承载能力的复杂性,在建立水资源经济承载能力指标体系基础上,以偏离一份额法研究了区域内各产业在水资源利用方面的比较优势,以此为基础进行产业调整,促进区域水资源经济承载能力的提升。
According to complexity of economy carrying capacity of regional water resources and based on establishing index system of the economy carrying capacity of water resources, the paper conducts a shift-share-oriented analysis on the comparative advantages of all regional industries in utilizing water resources. The industrial restructuring can then be achieved in accordance to the findings, and the economy carrying capacity of water resources promoted.
