高速车削中切削速度对PCBN刀具性能影响的试验研究 被引量:4

摘要 用五种自制的PCBN刀具和一种国外产刀具进行了GCr15淬硬轴承钢的高速干式连续切削试验。以崩刃作为刀具失效的判据[1],研究了高速切削中切削速度对PCBN刀具的切削性能的影响,对这六种刀具的高速切削性能进行了对比分析,并给出了各刀具所适用的切削条件。试验结果表明,56#和53#刀具更适合在较低的切削速度(<200m/min)下工作,54#适宜在较高速度下(>200m/min)工作,在更高速度条件下(>230m/min),可选用A#和56#。 A study was undertaken to investigate the influence of the cutting speed (tram 170m/min to 230m/min) to the cutting property in high speed turning with PCBN tools. The experiments were completed by turning hardened bearing steel-C, Crl5 with 6 kinds of PCBN tools, including 5 kinds of home-made tools and 1 kind of tools abroad, under the same conditions of high speed,dry and continuity. This study analyzed the cutting properties of the 6 kinds of PCBN tools by the tipping standard and proposed some conditions for which these tools were fit. According to the experimental results, it' s suitable for 56 # and 53 # to work in Vc 〈 200m/min, and 54 # would work better if the cutting speed is higher than 200m/min. When the cutting speed is higher, for example Vc 〉 230m/min, it' s fit to select A # or 56 # .
