摘要
分析了影响给定的三坐标测量机动态误差的因素,对动态偏转角误差进行了测量,并推导出由动态偏转误差得到测头处的动态位移误差的方法,同时分析了测球半径补偿误差的成因及解决措施。
The coordinate measuring machine dynamic error' s factor which the influence assigns is analyzed, the fight dynamic deflection angle error is carried on the survey, and infers the gauge head' s place dynamic vector error' s method by the dynamic deflection error. Simultaneously analyzed has measured the radius compensating errors' origin and the solution measure.
