摘要
井斜是钻井工作中一个较为普遍的问题,它直接影响着钻井井身质量和钻井速度。双偏防斜钻具组合是一种新的防斜钻具,它克服了常规防斜钻具组合(诸如塔式钻具组合、钟摆钻具组合)所具有的轻压慢钻、以牺牲钻井速度来保证井身质量的"缺点"。文中分析了双偏轴钻具的结构及工作原理,并优选了技术参数。文中所研究设计的双偏轴钻具组合,在准噶尔盆地西北缘断层井进行了现场试验和应用,取得了比较好的效果,既保证了钻井井身质量,又保持了较高的机械钻速,值得在同类地层中进行推广使用。
Double offset anti-slanting drilling tool assembly is a new kind of deviation control drilling tool,which overcomes the 'disadvantages' of common deviation control drilling tool(such as:tower type drilling tool assembly and pendulum assembly),viz.using light pressure and slow drilling guarantee the wellbore quality.This paper analyzed the structure and operating principle of double offset axis drilling tool and optimized the technical parameters.This double offset axis drilling tool assembly mentioned above was tested and applied in Zhungeer Basin fault well with favourable result.It guarantee not only the wellbore quality,but also keeps higher drilling speed,so it is worth using widely in the similar formation.
