摘要
官渡构造的地质情况复杂,尤其是海相地层存在异常超高压含气盐水层,导致机械钻速低,工程难度大。根据官渡构造的工程地质特征,结合钻井工程的施工难点分析,特别是针对存在异常超高压盐水层的特点,从超高压盐水层的成因着手,提出首先对不同层位的超高压盐水层采用专层专打,根据产水量的大小准备不同的处理方案,并储备超高密度钻井液体系的工程对策。通过采用有针对性的工程对策以及国内成熟的欠平衡和超高密度钻井液体系等先进钻井技术,能够最大限度地实现安全、快速钻井,对官渡地区进一步钻探工程具有指导意义。
The geologic situation of Guandu structure is complex,especially abnormal ultra-high pressure gas salaquifer is existed in the marine formation.It generates low drilling rate and great engineering difficulty.In accordance with engineering geological features of Guandu structure and combining drilling difficulty,particularly in view of the features of abnormal ultra-high pressure salaquifer,the paper proposed some operation countermeasures.Firstly it adopted different drilling measures to different ultra-high pressure salaquifer,secondly the different processing schemes were readied on the basis of the water production,thirdly ultra-high density drilling fluid system was reserved.Through adopting pertinence engineering countermeasures and using advanced drilling technique,the maximum safe and fast drilling can be achieved.
