纤维加砂新技术在川西气井压裂中的应用 被引量:14

摘要 川西气井加砂压裂中,有约50%的井在压后排液及生产输气初期出现支撑剂返出现象而严重刺坏油嘴、针阀、闸门等地面设施,并给测试及输气生产带来严重的安全隐患。纤维加砂技术是在加砂后期阶段将纤维与支撑剂混合注入地层,通过纤维缠绕包砂形成空间网络状砂拱结构,将一盘散砂缠包成一个个整体,使支撑剂固定在原来位置而流体则能畅通地流动,从而有效防止支撑剂在排液过程中或输气初期阶段随流体返出。纤维加砂技术不仅可以有效防止支撑剂的返出,还可以提高支撑裂缝的导流能力,获得显著的增产稳产效果,社会经济效益可观,目前已在川西气井的压裂改造中获得普遍应用,具有广泛的推广应用前景。 In the fracturing of gas well in west Sichuan,there are about 50% of wells to disgorge sands in the process of flowing back.The sands will badly damage the cherries,needle valves and shutter of surface facility and will bring many potential safety hazard for testing and gas transmission.The fiber fillers technology is to mix fiber with proppant and to infuse stratum in the endgame of sanding.The fibers will enwrap sands to shape the sand arches and a integer to make the proppant hold primary place and do fluids favorably flow accordingly prevent effectively proppant flowback.The fiber fillers technology not only can prevent effectively proppant flowback,but also can improve the flow conductivity of cracks,and can obtain obvious increase production effect and the economic benefit is very good.At present the technology has been used widely in the fracturing of gas wells in West Sichuan.
