精索静脉曲张不育患者外周血生殖激素测定 被引量:2

Detection of reproductive hormone in patients with varicocele infertility

摘要 目的:检测精索静脉曲张(varicocele,VC)不育患者外周血生殖激素水平。方法:测定118例VC不育患者[按精索静脉曲张程度分为Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ度3个亚组,按精子密度分为A(精子密度≥20×106mL-1)、B(5×106mL-1<精子密度<20×106mL-1)、C(精子密度≤5×106mL-1)3个亚组]与30名健康体检者(对照组)外周血卵泡刺激素(FSH)、黄体生成素(LH)和睾酮(T)水平。结果:VCⅠ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ度各组和B、C组血清FSH和LH水平均较对照组升高(P<0.05);T仅在VCC组较对照组降低(P<0.05)。结论:VC可引起男性不育患者外周血FSH、LH水平升高;FSH和LH与精子密度的减少有关,但VC对男性生殖激素的影响不随临床分度的增加而增强。 Aim :To detect the levels of the reproductive hormone in the peripheral venous blood from patients with vareoeele(VC) infertility. Methods:To determine the levels of follicle stimulating hormone(FSH) , luteinizing hormone(LH) and testosterone(T) in the peripheral venous blood from 118 cases of infertility patients with VC [ according to the degree of VC,divided into three subgroups: Ⅰ ,Ⅱ , Ⅲ degree; according to the density of sperm, divided into three subgroups:group A(the density of sperm/〉 20 ×10^6 mL^-1~),group B (5 ×10^6 mL^-1 〈the density of sperm 〈 20 ×10^6 mL^-1),group C(the density of sperm〈5 × 10^6 mL^-1 ) ] and 30 cases of healthy volunteers (control group). Results: The levels of serum FSH and LH in peripheral vein blood in Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ degree VC groups were higher than those in control group (P 〈0.05). The levels of serum FSH and LH in peripheral vein blood in group B and C were higher than those in control group (P 〈 0.05). Only the level of serum T in group C was lower than that in control group ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion : VC can cause the increase of the levels of FSH,LH and T;there was a relationship between the levels of FSH, LH in the peripheral venous blood and the density of sperm, but the influence of VC on the male reproductive hormones do not vary with the increase of clinical degree.
