摘要
目的:观察中性区排牙法制作的全口义齿对下颌支持组织的应力特性。方法:在已建立的中性区排牙法全口义齿和常规排牙法全口义齿及下颌支持组织的有限元模型的基础上,模拟3种工况条件下全口义齿对下颌支持组织应力的影响。采用有限元分析软件进行分析计算,以期找出其应力分布规律。结果:3种工况条件下,2种排牙法制作的全口义齿对支持组织的应力分布趋势基本相同。中性区排牙法制作的全口义齿基托的最大位移量和最大等效应力均小于常规排牙法制作的全口义齿。结论:采用中性区排牙法制作的全口义齿在模拟各种功能运动时,稳定性高于常规排牙法制作的全口义齿。
Aim: To investigate the biomechanical properties of neutral zone method complete denture and lower jaw support tissue. Methods:Based on the two finite element models of different denture ,the stress of complete denture on the lower jaw support tissue in three working conditions was analyzed and calculated. Results : The neutral zone method complete denture and the conventional method complete denture had similar stress distribution in three working conditions. In the aspect of the largest displacement and maximum stress of the base, the neutral zone method complete denture was less than the conventional method complete denture. Conclusion:The neutral zone method complete denture is more stable than the conventional method complete denture in simulated functional conditions.
