摘要
介绍了一种基于嵌入式ARM处理器和GPRS网络通信技术实现图像采集的系统。该系统利用USB摄像头作为视频采集设备,使用V4L提供的API函数来实现图像采集程序的设计,并利用当前比较成熟的GPRS技术实现无线通信等。由于GPRS网络具有永远在线、快速登录、按量收费和自由切换等优点,从而保证了系统的实用性、稳定性,并且大大减少了系统的建设投资和运营费用。
The paper introduced a video capture system based on embedded ARM processor and the communication technique of GPRS network. The system capture video by USB camera, designs video program by video for linux APIs, and used well - developed technique of GPRS to implements wireless communications. Because the GPRS network take advantage of always on- line, fast login, payas- you- drive and free switch,make sure the system practicability and stability,it also reduced the cost of construct and operations.
