摘要
介绍了IR2130功率驱动芯片的特点和工作原理,设计了采用该芯片驱动的三相高功率因数整流器,并采用了新的过流保护电路。实验证明,采用IR2130驱动的整流器具有结构简单、驱动效果好、稳定可靠的特点,功率因数达到了0.992。
The characteristics and work principles of IR2130 power MOSFET driver are introduced in this paper. Three - phase higher power factor rectifier,which adopted the circuit of new over current protecting,is designed. The testing results show that rectifier using IR2130 for gate driver is simple, reliable and stable, and its power factor can achieve 0.992.
