价值追求是高等教育实践活动的目的和动因。当今的高等教育在发展历程中价值取向出现背离,主要体现在过分追求效率忽视公平,大学精神的缺失,学术自由与政治胶泥的尴尬,这使得高等教育常常游走在理想与现实之中。现实的困境需要我们深刻检讨。

The pursuit of value is the aim and impetus of practical activity to higher education. There exists some deviation in the process of development in higher education of contemporary China and it is mainly represented in overstressing the efficiency and neglecting the just, the lack of university spirit, academic freedom and the awkwardness of political accessory, which makes higher education a frequent wander between ideal and reality. Thereby the real dilemma of higher education needs be reflected seriously.
