摘要
由于就业指导理念、性别平等意识和社会制度环境、体制结构等诸多原因,高校女生就业难已成为大学就业指导必须应对的事实。个性化就业指导是解决该难题的有效途径之一,构建就业服务体系,创新就业指导机制乃是消解矛盾、规避风险的应有之义。
Because of employment conception,gender consciousness, environment and structure of system, the college alumna obtains employment with great difficulty. Individual vocation guidance is among effective approaches for settling the problem. Moreover, the system of vocation service and innovative mechanism of vocation guidance should be set up in order to resolve the contradiction and evade the risk.
