Research on Index System and Methods for Comprehensive Appraisal of Urban Human Settlement

对人居环境的相关概念进行了阐述和探讨,并就城市人居环境质量综合评价指标体系与评价方法进行了分析与研究,提出从城市人居环境建设水平和城市人居环境居民满意度两个方面建立主客观相结合的评价模型,对于科学研究和评价城市人居环境质量具有深远的意义。

This paper elaborated and discussed the related concepts about human settlement, analyzed and researched the index system and methods for comprehensive appraisal of urban human settlement, and put forward to building an evaluating model which combined subjectivity and objectivity from two aspects of the construction level and settlers＇ satisfaction on urban human settlement. Generally speaking,that had profound significance to research and appraisal the quality of urban human settlement scientifically.
