我国水电开发研究进展及展望

Recent Progress of Studies on Hydropower Development and Its Prospects in China

在全球能源供应短缺与国内能源危机的背景下,水电开发研究显得尤为重要。我国水电开发研究内容主要包括:水电开发与能源危机、水电开发与经济发展、水电开发决策、水电开发模式设计、水电开发工程管理、水电开发相关问题及其处理。然而,这些研究忽视了跨国界流域水电开发研究、水电开发跟踪调研、水电开发的定量系统模型构建,今后的研究重点应该是在以上三个方面。

On the background of the worldwide shortages of energy supplies and domestic energy crisis, it became increasingly important to study the development of hydropewer. In our country, this study on hydropower development mainly contained the following aspects： hydropower development and energy crisis, hydropower development and economic development, the policies of hydropewer development, the mode designing of hydropower development,engineering management of hydropower development, the concerning problems and resolution of hydropower development. However, all above the studies were paid no attention to the hydropower development in the cross - border riverbasin, the tracing survey of hydropower development and the quantitive system model construction of hydropower development. Therefore, the future studies should give priority to the three aspects mentioned just now.
