摘要
为了解贵州省高海拔特殊生境的土壤真菌种类,采用土壤稀释法,对贵州高海拔地区土壤真菌种类进行了鉴定。结果表明:主要真菌种类为青霉属(Penicillium)和木霉属(Triehoderma),曲霉属(Aspergillus)和毛霉属(Mucor)较少。
To investigate the soil fungi diversity in the specific ecological environment in Jiucaiping, Guizhou province, the soil sample has been collected from this region. The fungi were extracted from soil diluting method and identified on the artificial agar based plates, the results showed that the dominant fungi species were Penicillium and Triehoderrna genus while the Aspergillus and Mucor genus were minor in this region.
