黔西县村庄土地利用变化的影响因素分析及对策

Analysis on Factors of Affecting Village Land-use Change and Its Countermeasures in Qianxi County

为探讨和研究影响村庄土地利用变化的驱动因子,以黔西县为例,采用综合分析法、文献资料法,对影响黔西县各村庄土地利用变化的影响因素进行了实证分析。结果表明,农村劳动力转移、城镇化水平提高、社会经济增长、家庭结构变化等是影响村庄土地利用变化的重要因素。结合地区实际情况,提出了村庄土地合理利用的对策建议。

The factors of affecting land-use change of different villages were analyzed by using the comprehensive analysis method and document method in Qianxi county. The results showed that the main factors of affecting land-use change were rural labor force transfer, improvement of urbanization level, social economic growth and family structural change.
