应用喙锁间固定术治疗锁骨远端骨折的疗效观察

Surgical treatment of the distal clavicle fractures appling the fixation technique between coracoid and clavicle

目的探讨研究使用喙锁间固定技术手术治疗锁骨远端骨折的临床效果。方法对Neer分型Ⅱ型的23例锁骨远端骨折采用喙锁间固定技术进行手术治疗,即骨折复位后,使用Ethibond 5号线绕过喙突将锁骨捆扎固定;使用Anchor将喙突与锁骨进行固定。结果23例患者皆获得了随访,随访时间3~18个月,平均8个月。骨折全部愈合,肩关节活动范围正常,无1例并发症,优良率达100%。结论对Neer分型Ⅱ型的锁骨远端骨折采用喙锁间＂非刚性＂固定技术进行手术治疗,是一种操作简单、效果理想的手术方法。

Objective To explore the clinical effects on surgical treatment of the distal clavicle fractures applying the fixation technique between coracoid and clavicle, the purpose is to provide a kind of more predominant method. Methods 23cases of the distal clavicle fractures（Ⅱ type in Neer Classification System） were treated by fixation technique between coracoid and clavicle. After reduced the fractures, one method was using the Ethibond 5 suture line to bundle and fix the coracoid and clavicle, the other was using the Anchor to fix between coracoid and clavicle. Results All patients were followed - up （3 - 18 months, average 8 months） and all fractures acquired clinical union. The shoulders＇movement was normal. The excellent and good rate was 100%. Conclusion Applying the ＂No rigid＂ fixation technique to bundle and fix the coracoid and clavicle to surgical treatment of the distal clavicle fractures is a kind of simple and ideal method.
