玻璃体切除术治疗人工晶状体眼视网膜脱离的效果

Vitrectomy on retinal detachment after extracapsular cataract extraction with posterior chamber intraocular lens

目的探讨应用玻璃体切除术治疗人工晶状体眼视网膜脱离的手术方法。方法回顾性分析了68眼人工晶状体视网膜脱离患者行玻璃体切除术治疗的临床资料。结果手术后视网膜复位63例,占92.6%。随访时视力指数(FC)-0.1占36.8%,0.1-0.3占38.2%,0.3及以上占25%。结论玻璃体切除术是治疗人工晶状体眼视网膜脱离的有效方法。

Objective To evaluate the effects of vitrectomy on retinal detachment （RD） after posterior chamber intraocular lens implantation. Methods Sixty - eight cases of RD after ECCE or PAHCO with PCIOL were treated with vitrectomy and were reviewed. Results The retinas were totally reattached in 63 cases （92.6%） The resultant rate of visual acuity the eyes with FC - 0. 1 was 36. 8% , with 0.1-0. 3 was 38. 2% , and with 0. 3 or better was 25% . Conclusion Vitrectomy is one of the effective methods to treat the eyes with RD and PCIOL.
