摘要
本文在分析用户的类型、知识需求特点与行为规律的基础上,对在知识层面上根据用户需求进行基于信息整合的知识提取、组织和提供的图书馆知识服务模式进行了分析和探讨。
The paper deals with the model of library＇s knowledge service concerning knowledge abstract, organization and provision for knowledge integration on the basis of the analysis of types of users, knowledge demand features and behavior patterns.
