摘要
电磁振动给料机是干熄焦工艺流程中的关键设备,其功能是将红焦从干熄炉可控地排出,经旋转密封阀到下位输送皮带。以UGNX为设计平台,建立振动头的虚拟样机,并对壳体、电磁铁组件进行强度分析,对壳体质量作目标优化。
Electromagnetic vibration feeder,which major function is to discharge brown coke out of CDQ stove and convey it to the hypogynous transportation strap by way of circumrotatory seal valve ,is a key equipment in CDQ technical process. It discusses how to establish virtual sample machine of the vibration head by employing UGNX as design platform. Furthermore ,it makes analysis on the strength of the shell and the electromagnetic components and does target optimization to the shell's quality.
