摘要
针对多次热循环工作条件下热障涂层的结构不稳定问题,采用热弹塑性有限元方法,对不规则界面形貌的涂层结构进行安定性分析。分析了不同的BC层屈服强度对涂层循环不稳定性的影响。结果表明,在温度场和界面形貌相同的条件下BC的屈服强度决定系统的稳定性。该结果对分析涂层体寿命及失效机制有指导意义。
The structural instability of thermal barrier system during thermal cycling was simulated by thermal elastic-plastic finite element method. A geometrical model with defect in interface between top coat and bond coat is used to explore the process caused this invalidation,then a structural analyse based on shakedown theory is put up. The result showed that the BC yield strength has a great effect on the stability of TBC on the same conditions of temperature field and interfacial figuration.The results are useful for advanced studies on the life and working mechanism of TBC system.
