摘要
超声振动钻削加工可有效改进深小孔的加工质量。基于高频振动钻削机理,设计制造了一套超声轴向振动加工系统,可实现微小孔的振动钻削。
Ultrasonic vibration drilling can effectively improve the quality of deep hole processing. Based on the high-frequency vibration drilling mechanism, a set of system of axial ultrasound vibration was designed,which can achieve the vibration drilling of tiny holes.
