摘要
VERICUT由美国CGTECH公司开发,可运行于windows及UNIX平台的计算机上,具有强大的三维加工仿真、验证、优化等功能。基于VERICUT系统的优化设计方法,通过实例分析了基于VERICUT的优化设计全过程,取得了较好的优化效果,使该零件的加工工时比优化前节省了59%,从而提高刀具寿命和加工效率,这对于高速加工、高精度加工无疑也是有益的。
Developed by CGTECH American enterprise,VERICUT can be used on the computer, platform of windows or UNIX,have great utilizes ,such as 3D machining simulation,verification optimization and so on. Based on the optimization design way of VERICUT,the whole process is analyzed by an example ,which has got a good optimization result. The part machining time decreases 59% compared with the old time. Tool lifetime and machining efficiency are increased,which is benefit for high speed machining and high accuracy machining.
